Just bought the book and have sent the podcast of your NPR interview to several colleagues. Funny, I use all this stuff as much as any of the millenials--I am in my 60th year. I do not think that it has had a profound impact on my cognition or my sense of self, but the truth is, one never knows such things. I sometimes watch my stepdaughter Caitlin write a paper on her laptop, hold IM conversations, exchange text messages and talk on the phone, all at once. And what rough beast, its hour come round at last, Slouches towards Bethlehem to be born?
